Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actor, writer and bestseller novelist. Her skills have earned her international recognition. She's a Sagittarius born on December 3, 1960, in North Carolina. She is the oldest out of three children who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist.
